Wolf People Announcements Wolf People is proud to announce that we have been in business for 17 years and have changed the minds of thousands of people since we opened our doors in August, 1993. Three years ago, we answered the requests of many people who wanted to tour our main compound by starting tours on July 4, 2007. It has been a huge success, and our visitors love to see where and how our wolves live. Even the wolves love it, and some of our shyer wolves will come up front to get their pictures taken! Many of our guests come several times, bringing with them different family members and friends who have come to visit. The tours are educational and fun, and most go away bragging about the good pictures they have taken. Recently, we helped organize and form the 'Northern Idaho Wolf Alliance', which is a club that meets once a month to protect and preserve the wolf in the wild. Again, we have events for the public that teach about the wolf and just how important he is for our ecosystem. Recently, we staged two protests against the 'wolf hunt' that is going on now in Idaho. We encourage children to join our club and plan events for them as well as speaking to different clubs and organizations.
